Can someone please tell me what this poem is about?? I understand some parts, but others are a mystery to me.? - poems about hair weave

Rose of all roses, pink all over the world!
The idea of hi-woven sails, the flap used
Before the flood of time, the problems of air
And the bell of God leads the attention of the water;
While the silence of fear, or loud with hope, a band
With one breath, hair spray spattered face in the hand
In return, you can never take the battles,
I call, since they expect a trick on me after another,
Danger no refuge, and war or peace,
For him who hears love sing and never cease
With the house returns, his calm voice:
However, to gather all those who have not made love
To bring a woven silence, or but came
A song in the air, and the song
Smiling in the dawn light and collect
Who are more sougft in the rain or dew,
Or in the sun and the moon or the earth,
Or sighs amid the joy of wandering, starry sky
Or enter the laughter from the lips of the sea sad
And the God of battles in the long gray ships.
The sad and lonely, the insatiable
In the good old mystery is to say;
God Bell was claimed by the cry
The sad heart, which can live or die.
Rose of all roses, pink all over the world!
Also you have to oil, are thrown SO
In the spring of pain, and earrings
The bell that calls us, as far as sweet.
Beauty grown sad with its eternity
You have made us and the sea was dark gray.
Our long ships loose thought-woven sails and wait
Because God has offered to share a similar fate;
And when finally defeated in their wars,
Down with the same white stars,
We hear the cry
From our sad hearts, they can not live or die.
