My friend went through a serious injury at work connected to the same region and has since suffered from chronic pain and no longer work at the workplace. The most effective treatment is the Pilates Method, as it tries to strengthen the muscles in the region and the effect is generally small. Even the maintenance of a healthy diet rich in calcium will help to get good, strong bones. There are solutions out there. Good luck and good health!

You have 5 lumbar vertebrae. These include gelatin structures as hard drives. Age, injury, and genetics can lead to degeneration of the discs at any level. Sometimes I have on levels 1-5. You're lucky to have him on one level: between the vertebrae 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. of the timber. It can be serious if left untreated. If the EMG is normal, continue the exercise and therapy. Finally, the pain disappears.

Personally, I've got a chiropractor for 7 years and had only intermittent pain.

Surgery is a possibility, but most people I know who had surgery said it has deteriorated.

I've hit the same problem with disc degeneration of the disc more and more. You can relieve pain to get shots, can not get rid of it.This is something you really need to learn to live and to prescribe its limits what doctors can do.Your also help to relieve pain medication May to know pain . The deterioration should not be worse than what was said, but deteriorated because of lack of Dr. 's can not surgery. It is major surgery can be done. A steel rod can be placed on their backs. It is a long process of recovery. My cousin had to do, and it is as always good, but the price has suffered.

I was able to tell you that I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease at the age of 19 years, I had a discectomoy in my L4-5 (it was even 9 months after surgery on the same disc - I fell down the stairs and reherniated) but I can say that I did not have the surgery since then. which was 8 years old, and after no pain after the procedure!

This is good news! The CD contains only a little wear and no signs of pinched nerves or other nerve to go push. This means that you can heal your body over time. In addition to rest his aching back, no special treatment required is different. The therapy will teach you how to manage their daily activities without having to do feel worse. If it hurts more after the therapy, then I suggest that you should stop.
